Its good to be home again.

We are still getting approaches from Arm players wishing to cross into "tlc land",and I'll post a policy on this drawn up with my friend BR,now leader of Arm,later in the diplomacy section.

In the meantime,please do not actively recruit what was Arm or any of its wing players,and an unofficial nap is in place with what was Arm and all of its wings.

There is also a (temporary) policy of only raiding strictly inactive players for farming purposes until we can see how the land lies.

We do have a very specific goal though.A WW village.

Please concentrate on building up all your villages,troop levels and armament upgrades as fast and as best you can given these temporary and rather special circumstances.

Any attack though will be responded to at first defensively and later more aggressively as we regain our bearings.However,just for now,act defensively and try to avoid conflict.

We need time is why.

We need time to think of how we are going to win this thing,without Arm
if necessary.I have a fast developing plan to do just that,as well.
